• All exterior and interior walls (bearing AND non-bearing) in order to identify possible layout problems and to assist with customer communication
• Vaulted or coffered ceiling locations
• Attic access and FAU platform locations
• Truss identification and individual truss location details to assist with truss placement in the field
• Truss span and setback dimensions
• Block types and placement
• Valley identification and placement
• Truss to truss connections (if required by plans)
• Additional notes or details as needed

Engineering packages stamped by a Civil Engineer registered in the state of California or Nevada.

• As a standard we provide 3 original and 2 copied sets of truss engineering for our customer's distribution.
• Additional sets of engineering can be provided if necessary.

Need assistance with questions? Our truss technicians are available from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm to take customer calls.

We provide prompt turn around on engineering revisions or changes. We have revisions back to the customer within 24 hours.
